Been a while pal's.

Almost forgot about this page, I feel like I should catch up but I won't waste time. I spent a lot of my time hanging out with friends and playing games and enjoying company in eased lockdown (uk). Recently I started studying for an amateur radio license, part of my reasoning behind this was part of my plan to go camping but also inspired by my dad telling me of his experiences using a radio. The cost is a bit outrageous at £27.40 for a license plus £26 for a radio with programming cable, however I'm chalking it up to a hobby as getting into lockpicking cost me close to £50-60. Let alone audio which I've spent close to £300.

Got a few results back, turns out if I get the lowest score without failing, I'd have averaged around a 69% (nice) which is very close to a first. Very happy with my results but could do with extra workload.

While computing is my passion it's becoming difficult to spend my freetime doing it, I think this is routed in not finding a compelling project, This reminds me of my time I spent cleaning manga pages, removing japanese characters and refilling the background for a typesetter, For a long time I was interested in giving back to the scanlation community, one that I had viewed their work without acknowledgement for a while, however with time it became a job and I immediately stopped working on projects.

Woke up early today because I thought it was exam day, turns out it's tomorrow so I have got another day to revise/look through my notes.

Other than that I've been procrastinating, watching videos for the sake of taking time out of my day. I think the start of summer for me is going to contain a lot of movies, as i'm writing this I am tempted to review a few movies, IDK if that really has a place here but I might give it a shot.

Did very little this day, updated 26th of May, I did a bit of educational youtube, but overall I took a few walks and went shopping for bits and bobs. Veritasium video on the hole at the bottom of maths made me think about the godel's work etc and got my noggin jogging.

Later on in the day, I played some euro truck simulator and listened to Luke Smith xyz's big braned podcast, found the episode on the difference between science and psuedo science to be the most thought provoking, definitely searching for similar podcast styles.

Around 10pm to 2am, I played dead by daylight with a few pals over the seas. Was fun to socialise but was just 4 hours of not doing much.

Was approved to make my own flounders page, thinking about what I wanted to do with it, I decided to use it as a place I can confind in.

I haven't done much over the past 3 hours, watched a few youtube videos and did some ebay vintage clothes shopping but didn't pull the trigger.

Deciding what I want to do over the next few hours, will have lunch soon. Would like to start a programming project in C but struggling to come up with any ideas.
